Physical, emotional, and energetic calibration and clearing designed to support overall health and well-being. These sessions address areas of dysregulation in real time, supporting emotional and energetic resilience while working through triggers and trauma. Overwhelming emotions and fight-flight-freeze responses are addressed to help clients reconnect with themselves. This work supports integration and helps release the weight of difficult experiences. Clients may experience a greater sense of ease around anxiety, grief, fear, and other challenging emotions as well as their effects on the physical body.
Individual sessions provide focused support. For deeper sustained transformation, I work with clients through ongoing mentorship.

Healing & Integration Mentorship Program
The Healing and Integration Mentorship is an ongoing program for clients seeking deeper healing, nervous-system support, and sustained transformation. This work weaves intuitive healing, energetic support, guidance, and integration into a steady rhythm that supports meaningful change.
Coordinated support helps release energetic blocks connected to core wounds, trauma, karma and resistance, allowing goals to be clarified and pursued with greater flow, ease, and purpose. Modalities may include Reiki, Akashic Records work, biomagnetism, and the Emotion code.

For clients navigating major transitions or seeking immersive support.

Biweekly Mentorship
